I am responsible for developing and managing 50+ employee education campaigns for T. Rowe Price's full-service recordkeeping retirement plan clients. I effectively manage the full life cycle of education campaign development from initial client outreach to consultative planning conversation, custom presentation and promotional materials creation and completing virtual or live meeting set up, then presenting finalized campaign to internal stakeholders.

During tenure in role, I efficiently managed assigned book of business of 30+ retirement plan account clients ranging from $150mm to $500mm with ownership and direct accountability while balancing workload and client facing responsibilities. I partner with Retirement Plan Services Sales Producer (Sales Professionals) to facilitate internal sales process for numerous high profile deals resulting in retaining over $3.5 billion in assets and acquiring $1.5 billion in new full service assets for T. Rowe Price. In early 2014, I was selected by senior management to join dedicated team focused on client retention initiative, leveraging my experience of new business sales and client services – currently managing 12 active rebids totaling $9 billion assets along with potential M&A assets of $1.3 billion. I am responsible for developing pricing strategies for business opportunities while factoring industry knowledge, investment requirements and deal-specific information into considerationI manage multiple cross department developmental initiatives, highlighting projects such as, defining rebid pricing processes and procedures, developing accurate client reporting and maintaining CRM data integrity for client and sales activities.
