In my extensive nonprofit experience, I led teams and individuals in service of children and families. In my current work, It is my mission to help others to create their unique wellness blueprint, and take tangible steps toward their vision.*I have experienced the exhaustion and feelings of being unfulfilled. This led me to embark on a transformative journey toward wellness, prioritizing self-care, and embracing mindfulness. Through introspection, nutrition, and the discipline of Muay Thai, I discovered a more fulfilling and energized way of living. Over time, I reshaped my habits and mindset, paving the way for a career shift into health and wellness coaching. Now, I help individuals and couples navigate their individual paths to wellness and fulfillment. *With a background in nonprofit leadership, human resources, and education, and armed with degrees in psychology and education, I have blended my education and experience into crafting holistic programming in partnership with organizations and through my private practice, WellBean LLC.
