SALES AND MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR- Supports the VP of Sales in all sales arrangements, potential accounts, promotions, creating sales reports, etc. while performing other duties as required in collaboration with the VP of Sales- Provides administrative support for outside sales brokers- Creates press releases and email blasts for brokers, direct customers, and distributors- Assist in the development of concepts and ideas for new products- Prepares and distributes internal sales reports on a weekly basis - Manages all advertising contracts with distributors as well as assists in the designs for ads for monthly promotions- Coordinates with all brokers in providing sales materials, presentations, direct orders and new item samples- Executes proper excel spreadsheets required for new item submissions, monthly promotions, and special deals- Manages company’s websites; customer service, shipping/delivery status, item discounts, email blast schedule, maintaining inventory while ensuring customer satisfaction- Coordinates trade shows by preparing registration forms, sends marketing materials, creates order forms, and accountable for proper follow up for prospective business- Continues to maintain and build own direct accounts by providing consistent and aggressive supportPROJECT MANAGER- Assists in managing the development process from the concept phase to the post-launch phase- Delivers proposals and presentations that capture and convey quantifiable business value- Primary liaison for customer from artwork to product specifications, compliance, and sample approval- Works with quality control and assurance department regarding compliance issues- Generates sales reports and arranges for project meetings with customers and sales managers- Consistently ensures constant communication between all parties involved while examining and responding to any concerns in a timely manner
