• Create, and implement FAM outreach and marketing efforts, with the goal of growing the audience and increasing awareness about services and programs.• Create and send FAM monthly newsletter.• Oversees planning, content and reporting for FAM social media platforms.• Oversees FAM Marketing Committee, and participates in other work group committees, as assigned.• Support all programs with marketing and communications, as needed.• Provide guidance and leadership to FAM programs around marketing and branding, as needed.• Work with Executive Director to develop annual fundraising strategy.• Provide fundraising and communications support to organizational and program-specific events, such as Circus of the Heart, Back-to-School Shopping Event, 5K, and Foster Adopt Shop.• Design and implement regular fundraising activities, including email, social media, text, and other campaigns that are part of the fundraising strategy. • Track donations and acknowledge donors.• Provide leadership for FAM participation at community events. Coordinate with Executive Director, Recruitment coordinator or other staff as needed.• Service as main point of contact for any external vendors or subcontractors that provide services related to FAM marketing and outreach initiatives, such as graphic design and external marketing firms. • Oversee and monitor FAM marketing budget to ensure effective use of funds. • Participate in leadership team and demonstrate FAM organizational and leadership values.
