The Ranger Mine is a uranium mine in the Northern Territory of Australia. It is surrounded by, but separate from Kakadu National Park, 230 km east of Darwin. As Logistics Coordinator I am responsible for the safe, efficient and environmental compliance of Uranium shipments from site. I am also responsible for contractor management including induction and on-boarding of contractors. AchievementsEfficient and compliant coordination and shipping documentation for UOC shipments from Ranger Mine to Converters;• Accurate and timely updating of Transfer of Title for product leaving Ranger Mine; • Accurate and efficient updating of the transfer schedule for converter balance including monthly balance sheets and timely and compliant 6 monthly reports to Government departments; • Timely and efficient daily NQX operator sheets, ensuring warehouse officers have correct paperwork for UOC transport; • Collecting data from containers and entering into the system, using SAP to update and assist with shipping requirements; • Effective liaison with the Operators on a regular basis to ensure there are no issues Uranium;• Ensuring safe transport compliance;• Timely and efficient induction and on-boarding of contractors.
