· Redesigned New Hire Welcome Day and created one event for all Midcoast new hires. Updated the new hire welcome training to bring all new hires together. The welcome team included members of HR, RN Education, Safety, IT, and Payroll and delivered key policy information, provided introductions and information sessions with the Leadership team, and provided resources and contacts for new hires.· Implemented a high deductible health plan with Health Savings Account (HSA) Initiated a high deductible health plan and an HSA to provide a lower premium option and pretax savings for employees. Provided premium models for review with the CFO and Controller with the final result a $0 premium option for employee-only coverage.· Developed and distributed regular benefit communications to all employees Implemented a communication plan to provide concise and clear communication on the benefit options and how they worked. Prior to open enrollment, benefit fairs were held to allow employees to ask questions directly of carriers as well as HR.· Developed business case and implemented online Wellness Program · Developed and presented Leader Training on topics such as Compensation, Performance Management, FMLA, and Hiring Practices In collaboration with the HR team, created and presented monthly leader trainings to enhance managers’ knowledge and skillset and present any policy changes and updates· Completed compensation review for the hospital, medical groups, and senior health center
