As a Human Resources manager I am primarily responsible for recruiting including phone screening, interviewing, scheduling appointments, and all new hire paperwork. Outside of recruiting my duties and responsibilities include handling employee files, compliance paperwork for our clients, and administrative tasks.

As an Administrative Assistant/Recruiter in the Human Resources department, I was responsible for managing a lobby, managing incoming and outgoing phone calls, and I was heavily involved in recruiting. I was responsible for making 120 to 160 phone calls a day to phone screen potential candidates and schedule interviews.

Created social media content for clients for Instagram, Facebook, and twitter; created pitches and product blasts for potential customers of their clients, created Get the Looks utilizing products offered by our clients that were submitted to fashion websites, researched bloggers to reach out to about our clients, assist stylists and editors in the showroom, recording clothing and accessories that were pulled and returned to the showroom, and any administrative tasks that needed to be completed.
