Manages the salvage titling and vehicle assignment process, coordinates and administers general business office activities and maintaining high levels of customer service.

Responsible of the supervision and management of several different work groups; QTA (Quick Turn-Around) service agents, counter sales agents, garage agents and logistics subcontractors; assistance in helping to generate 40% of total revenue for the business of 5500 locations worldwide.

I write all types of insurance policies (personal auto, home, renters, landlord's, boat, life, commercial auto and business liability, workers comp) for ALLSTATE INSURANCE in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, DC, and Virginia.
