Delivery of workshops, seminars and information sessions on a range of employment related topics such as: Handling Discipline and Grievance issues; Managing Sickness Absence; Unfair Dismissal; Managing Performance; Employment Investigations; Bullying in the Workplace/Dignity at Work; Handling Difficult Conversations etc.

Generalist role working across a range of human resource activities. The focus of the role included providing practical support and advice to managers in relation to: recruitment and selection; absence management; payment and reward; discipline and grievance handling; health and safety; interpreting HR policies and procedures; issue of contracts of employment etc.
