We provide consulting, executive coaching for corporations and individuals, as well as help organizations implement strategies and best practices in the diversity and inclusion space. I am also a speaker, and host of national and international conferences and panels.

* Established EMC’s first Office of Global Workforce Inclusion and an enterprise-wide Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) strategy that is directly linked to EMC’s corporate objectives. The pioneering initiatives attracted worldwide recognition and positioned the company as an employer of choice—frequently listed on "great places to work" surveys.* Co-developed, with Simmons School of Management, a leadership development program for senior, high-potential women to prepare for advancement into C-suite opportunities. The program has more than 200 graduates. Their promotion rate is 55% and retention rate is remarkably high (92%).* A parallel program that takes place in locations worldwide helps participants who have not yet reached the director level explore and advance their leadership potential as executives. This highly popular program was completed by more than 350 participants in the first year alone.* Jointly developed a leadership development program for next-generation, early-career, and mid-career multicultural talent with The Partnership (the Boston nonprofit). The curriculum focuses on the core competencies of leadership, relationship building, and organizational skills.* Developed a transgender reassignment program with full medical benefits. The initiative includes a formal manual for transgender employees, colleagues, and managers as well as directives for the Human Resources organization. The groundbreaking program was ranked a “Next Best Practice” by the Associated Press. * Created a global D&I curriculum that features in-person and online training programs for all employees. The program has been instrumental in engaging and empowering employees all over the world.* Partnered with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) in a recruiting effort that includes a summer internship and mentoring program for qualified students to help fill the gap of a next-generation workforce in the STEM field.

* Led operations for a 2000-member international Sales Division. * Served as strategic consultant to senior management on enterprise-wide HR issues such as compensation, talent development, employee relations, and success planning.* Championed a workplace culture based on Diversity and Inclusion and drove restructuring and redeployment efforts to evolve the organization into the cornerstone and fabric of those values.* Provided technology innovation, metrics, and KPIs to enhance productivity and performance.

* Managed day-to-day operations for thousands of employees at 7 locations, providing a full range of HR services: training and development, organizational redesign and restructuring, senior management coaching, employee engagement, strategic planning, recruiting, and retention.* Key contributor to several major company-wide programs, including comprehensive orientation program, individual development plan, facilitation of an onboarding workshop, and a sexual harassment training program.* Partnered with the CIO on leadership development, business planning, and organizational changes, and led regional workforce planning projects for the organization.
