I have been employed by Community First New Forest since 2001, and for two years took the role of Acting Chief Executive, to give continuity for staff, volunteers and stakeholders during a challenging time.I worked closely with staff and trustees to promote, develop and deliver services that make a difference to people’s lives. Having been employed in the Voluntary and Community Sector since 1997 I have extensive experience of successful leadership and management in the voluntary & community sectors and have a passion and commitment to ensure ongoing development and sustainability in the challenging times ahead.
