Jackie leads research and project management and is a business mentor for Sparrowly Group projects across the visitor economy, economic development and community development sectors.Key projects include:- Destination North Coast - As part of the Business Accelerator & Mentoring Program, led the management of an 18-month program involving 90 local business mentees and managing a team of 11 mentors.- Destination Sydney Surrounds South - For the Export Ready Industry Development program, developed and managed five major projects under the umbrella program including the product audit and assessment, content audit and development, workshop delivery, mentoring program design and delivery, and trade toolkit development. Worked with over 30 local tourism operators to develop new or enhanced export ready products. Role included managing 10 mentees, developing all support resources and managing workshops.

I have had the opportunity to contributed my attention to detail and thorough research to many of Sparrow Group’s projects in a marketing role as well as in project support roles. I have assisted Sparrowly Group through product and event auditing and training stakeholders to use the ATDW platform. In addition I have also assisted the delivery of several other successful projects for clients in the travel and tourism industry. I have been fortunate to provide written content for Sparrowly Group's website (see below) including a white paper on Accessible tourism in 2018.
