I have spent my career in various front-office client facing roles in 3 Asia financial hubs, covering clients from different segments for cross asset-class solutions, i.e. FX, Rates, Structured Credit, Fixed Income, Commodities, and Equity Financing.Since the beginning of my career, I have always been proactive in innovation within the team and organisation. By combining my understanding in clients, markets, and technical skills, I have built new business and developed new derivative solutions for client's banking, financing, risk management and investment needs.I am grateful for the opportunities to take on managerial responsibilities early in my career, from developing business for a specific client segment to formulate the regional strategy as part of the Asia Management Committee. Through working closely with other stakeholders, I have contributed in unlocking the potential of the team and the organisation, building a sustainable business model, and strengthening our franchise in the region.I believe in constant innovation, actions, teamwork, and stakeholder integrity.
