-DEVELOPMENT: We collaborate with developers and builders in the Chicago area on award-winning multi-unit and single family luxury new construction projects. We assist in the design process of creating conceptual marketing images, specifying interior finishes, cabinetry layouts, appliance and plumbing packages, and more. -RESIDENTIAL INTERIORS. Our process includes in home consultations, creation of floor plans, selecting and specifying custom furniture, managing small home renovations, and more. We work with builders and architects on new construction homes to assist our clients with new construction builds, ensuring that no detail is overlooked when creating our client's dream home.

· Design development including interior space planning in AutoCad and material and finish selections· Handled all aspects of FFA including selections & procurement through warehouse & install coordination· Managed projects through Studio Webware, including accounting and expediting reporting· Created concept & presentation boards using Adobe InDesign· Engaged in on-site construction observation and final installations· Communicated with clients and vendors regarding design concepts & progress throughout project timeline

During my time at Ranquist Development, I had the opportunity to manage the design process of a 49 unit row home development. I worked with architects, contractors, and other trades on extensive layout revisions including floor plans, electrical plans, and detailed cabinet drawings.Additionally, I assisted with determining the generous finish, appliance, and plumbing packages. I met with home buyers to guide their finish selections, and in the first six months of the buyer selections process, made over half a million dollars in upgrade sales.
