As part of the Professional Development Team, responsible for co-facilitating interactive instructor-led classes for new Recruiters.

- Responsible for developing, mentoring and coaching of new Recruiters with less than 1 year in tenure in Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton to ensure they have the right training and support to become more effective quickly in their roles.- Responsible for the onboarding plan and strategy of our new hires.- Responsible for developing and executing the plan to align recruiters to core skills sets and or technologies when and where appropriate to ensure effective delivery.
