I am a positive, enthusiastic, passionate, high vibrational lover of life, music, dance, sound and silence, who enjoys learning and interacting. I enjoy serving others in the roles I have played in the corporate world by day, and also as a Soundwork/Mindfulness Meditation Practitioner as part of my passionate pursuits.I am interested in bringing holistic (mind, body, soul) and expressive arts practices and teachings, to institutions and private spaces where men, women and children would benefit greatly from the healing effects of mindfulness meditation, sound, music, vocal and dance/movement practices, poetry, written word, expressions of the soul. I also have attained my Reiki Levels I & II. During my own inner healing journey, I have learned and developed tools that I would love to share, so that you may integrate some of them into your own daily practices as a form of self-care, self-nurturance, music as medicine tools. Perhaps you are ready to walk a path toward self-love, self-forgiveness, self-compassion, so you may extend love, forgiveness and compassion out to others from the inside out, in a way that occurs naturally to you. A path toward discovering and coming into the wholeness of who you are is possible. Recognizing with awareness when you are triggered and learning how to diminish the intensity of those times when you are triggered emotionally and where those emotions that arise, originally stemmed from so you can heal them. Or perhaps you simply wish to find ways to take mindful moments throughout your day that will bring your body, mind and soul, back to a place of harmony, peace, and calm.My experiences, in pursuing my many passions, allowed me to find what resonated for my personal growth, which ultimately led me to understand that we all have unique offerings for the world. I am a work in progress, as we all are. For life is ever-evolving for each of us. I am loving life, in each present moment, being a conscious witness to my own unfolding. All experiences shape and mold us and have brought us to this very moment. I am ever-grateful, for the experiences of my whole life, every bit of it. Life brings many lessons and many teachers to us, each at the moment we are ready to receive them. You will not have anything befall you, that you are not ready and able to handle.
