I worked my way up from Customer Service Representative to Assistant Manager to Manager. I won the Assistant Centre Manager of the Year award 1999. I performed similar duties as I provided with Intelligent Office and was additionally responsible for sales, contract renewals, IT networking, telecoms patching and programming, and purchase and sales ledgers.
