Managing a team to deliver integrated marketing campaigns for a range of well known brands including Warburtons, Cadburys, Princes Food, Saint Gobain and Nottingham Building Society.Example projects included new product launches using social and digital advertising, TV and radio campaigns to rejuvenate a classic brand, large web build projects with complex integrations and brand identity development for new sports and leisure brands. bigdog, part of The Mission Marketing Group, is an award winning creative agency with offices in Birmingham, Leicester, London and Norwich.

Development of brand strategy and management of marketing activity for the Barker Ross Group and its companies.Barker Ross is a multi-sector recruiter with 12 offices and over 180 employees across the UK. As the Marketing Manager I managed the re-branding of the Group, development of two new websites, creation of a new email marketing programme, updating and maintenance of social media activity, management of PR campaigns and development of new sales collateral. I also centralised and re-organised advertising spend including implementation of an ad posting and tracking service in order to deliver improved ROI. I also worked closely with the IT team to manage web development and integration with back-office systems in order to enhance the candidate experience and deliver significant administrational savings. This project also incorporates a unique training platform which can be white-labelled and is a key USP for the Group.In 2013, as part of the Group's 25th anniversary celebrations, I worked as part of a charity committee to raise over £25,000 for Children with Cancer.

After taking two years out to raise my young family, I started freelancing in 2006, which then led to me to set up my own graphic design business, Think plus Ink, with two former colleagues in 2008. With a focus on below-the-line activity, Think plus Ink delivers branding, print and digital marketing projects to a range of organisations across the UK, including B&Q, Aldi, Gardman and The National Forest.

Initially appointed as a Production Executive at McCanns, my experience of a variety of accounts and range of marketing projects ensured a fast progression. Within 5 years I was an Account Director responsible for leading internal creative and production teams and delivering revenues of over £0.7 million each year. In that time, I worked with over 30 clients including British Gas, Cable & Wireless, Experian, Robert Horne Group, Vision Express and Oki Europe on advertising, direct, events, PR, digital and branding.I was regularly seconded to other parts of the McCann's Group including working on European accounts with McCann Advertising (London), MRM (Direct) and Jack Morton Worldwide (Events). My professional development also included Brand Optimisation training, Institute of Direct Marketing courses and the McCann Europe fast-track course.
