Our CEO has founded numerous national franchise systems with locations throughout North America. Most of these companies have been recognized by publications like Entrepreneur Magazine, Small Business Opportunities and others as the #1 Franchise in their respective industry. Combined, these systems have awarded and supported over 3,000 franchises to date. At the time I started with the Strategic Franchising Group, it included the 5 franchise brands, a number of smaller affiliated companies, and another franchise brand, H.H. Franchising Systems, Inc. which operates under the brand name Home Helpers. I was the inaugural member of the HR department. In February 2016, Home Helpers was sold to a private equity firm but, under a shared services agreement, Strategic Franchising Group has continued to provide legal and HR services to Home Helpers, and since then I have been serving as HR Director for both the Strategic Franchising Group (83 employees) and Home Helpers (40 employees), even though they are no longer affiliated.

Consulted several departments including the Dean’s office within the College of Medicine including students, faculty and staff.

Assisted in Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General audits of Federal Grants to First Responders for them to equip, train, and exercise in preparation for terrorist attacks or other disasters. Quickly became a trusted assistant known for my flexibility, high quality work and strong ability to master new concepts. This was a 6-month contractual assignment.
