Coordinated action plans with the Director's strategic goal, and developed and proposed a significant change of process. The implementation of a new contract vehicle, called "Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise" (SITE), was designed to remove barriers and increase standardization across the intelligence community. Efforts allowed SITE to service all IC agencies requiring access to the DoDIIS community. SITE removed the silos of excellence and created horizontal applications for the IC.
