Research and analyze compensation and equity programs for the company. Recommend and assist with the implementation of new and improved compensation programs that are both cost-effective and provide a strong; competitive positioning.Research and analyze employee compensation programs including but not limited to salary administration, job evaluation, annual merit programs and salary range adjustments. Assist with the recommendation and implementation of such programs.Research and analyze equity program HRIS issues including performing country-by-country market analysis.Analyze global market data and develops market composites. Recommend salary ranges, geographic differentials, etc. to be used in the creation of compensation programs.Research and recommend changes to the design and administration of annual incentive plans, policies, guidelines and annual incentive payment calculation methodologies as relate to HRIS systems.Support global Compensation team on the annual merit increase process and on day-to-day issues for internal international clients.Serve as technical specialist on large scale projects being conducted by the organization.Develop employee and manager communications and training materials related to compensation programs.Consult with members of the human resources staff and/or BU/RU management to explore problems, resolve issues, or offer solutions on matters related to compensation programs.Review proposals/job descriptions for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate level assignments.Conduct research/feasibility studies on a broad range of compensation topics.Participate on committees and conducts special projects.Provide technical guidance to less experienced compensation staff.Analyze market data and develop market composites, salary ranges, geographic differentials, etc. to be used in the creation of salary ranges.
