As the Manager of the Sustainability Performance Analysis team at BCS, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Montero Williams International, I provided support to Department of Energy’s (DOE) Sustainability Performance Office (SPO) in areas related to sustainability performance tracking, greenhouse gas emissions accounting, data collection and management, sustainability data analysis, renewable energy procurement analysis, and the development of sustainability performance reports. I was the lead contractor for supporting the Department's various sites throughout the reporting season, performed the annual data verification process, prepared the Fleet Alternative Fuel Vehicles Acquisition Report, and updated and maintained the accuracy of various guidance documents. I supported SPO during reporting periods with managing and tracking data sets, ensuring data accuracy, and assisted in the design and development of the DOE Sustainability Dashboard, a custom built database for collecting and maintaining historical sustainability data. I provided project oversight to my team, maintained and managed the Office's general email account. I managed a team of four contractors.

Taught new high school athletes the art of rowing. Assisted head coach with team duties and responsibilities. Organized and helped plan practices, workouts, schedules, line ups, etc. Worked with freshmen and novice rowers, teaching them the basics of rowing and training them for racing season. Ensured regattas ran smoothly and all athletes were on time, prepared, and ready for race day.
