Job Duties: Support a team of large account advertising account managers, sales assistant & a sales manager to allow them to maximize their time selling and generating revenue. Handle inbound customer calls answering questions, quoting rates, and providing basic information found in our media kit. Assist in the generation of leads utilizing other media (print & digital) to aid in the sales process of the account managers. Assist in the layout & creation of ads under the direction of the salesperson. Schedule advertising in our full suite of print & digital products. Monitor scheduling & placement of ads for accuracy, confirm rates & contract levels, as well as insure proper billing charges. Receive advertising materials; check for proper production specifications, size, date and caption; prepare layouts of advertising materials; verify ad proofs for accuracy. Creation of sales documents at the direction of the account managers. Assist managing team performance and advertising product reports
