It hit me toward the end of college. While working on my senior thesis about student-athlete mental health, I realized that being a power forward on the Princeton Women’s Basketball team wasn’t my whole identity. That revelation set me up to really power forward in life. See what I did there? After graduation, I spent about eight years helping top brands and executives build and market themselves. It was awesome, but it got me thinking—what's powering me forward? What fulfills me? Then it clicked—throughout my life, I’ve always loved being a teammate. Whether with family, friends, therapists, sports teammates, or coworkers, it’s always been about the people. Nothing energizes me more than helping someone dig deep and find their inner light.
