At University of Iowa, I worked two jobs while going to school full time: I waitressed/bartended at a local restaurant and was an on air personality for the hit radio station Z102.9! I had my own radio show from 4-8pm every Sunday and additionally, I would help EMCEE offsite events with clients. This was such an amazing opportunity that taught me how to be comfortable using a microphone by myself and in front of others. After I graduated from UI, I lived out there to continue working for the radio. Then in August 2018, I moved to Chicago. In my first year living here, I waitressed full time at a high volume restaurant/bar. I know long hours well, am excellent with people, customer service, building relationships, and constantly thinking 3-5 steps ahead.I currently work for Entercom, specifically the radio station B96, as part of their promotions team.I am now searching for a full time job in the media/marketing/advertising fields. I am a fast learner and loyal employee with an upbeat, positive attitude!
