Senior Project Manager, Hertfordshire Low Carbon Innovation Network (Herts LCIN): part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund, Herts LCIN supported over 40 SMEs to accelerate their innovations into the marketplace. The project identified market needs and used them as a draw to encourage SMEs to respond directly to real life challenges. 3 new products launched to market and innovators introduced to over 30 potential buyers at 'meet the buyer' events. Running the network of pilot leads and providing secretariat support.• Smart London Innovation Networks (SLINs) Project manager for the SLIN project, managing two client groups (the Smart London Districts Network and Smart London Infrastructure Network) and delivering a programme to develop ‘smart city’ innovation.• Smart Sustainable Districts Network Managing a European network of districts involved in the Climate-KIC funded Smart Sustainable Districts (SSD) project and developing a workshop programme for sharing of knowledge and best practice.
