Neuromuscular Control & Robotics Laboratory:•Reverse engineered Bluetooth joystick system integrated with E-pacer walker to control exoskeleton motion for stroke victims with lower extremity control loss.•Produced custom electrode array to stimulate forearm and quadriceps muscles using screen-printing techniques.Sounds, Systems, and Structures Laboratory:•Designed a test rig assembly and parts for deflection testing of surgical retractor arm under simulated load. To verify mechanical design, friction tests were conducted of over 200 samples to compare dissimilar materials, composites, and various geometries.

•Assisted with the coordination of on-campus recruiting events for prospective engineering students.•Led tours for prospective engineering students and families around engineering hall.

•Mentored freshmen engineers through writing a professional white paper for the Annual Engineering Conference•Co-led additional brainstorming sessions and practice presentations with a licensed professional engineer

Worked on various UGVs (radio packs, camera housings, drive assemblies, etc.) designing and manufacturing, for performance in ambient and military requirements. In addition, relevant tasking included red line drawing correction, schematic drawings, foot print creation, cable making, and electronics mounting.

Over the course of 3 years was responsible for the well being of 6 floors of over 180 students. Developed monthly programs for academic, professional, and social development.

Conducted nondestructive ultrasound testing for sand casting inclusions and documented results for international clients. Participated in LEAN Kaizen events to improve high precision casting process and designed projects for future LEAN events. Additional tasks included developing a computer application to control serial number release and design tooling and engineering cards to increase productivity.

Conducted performance testing of Origami Self-Folding Stroller on various outdoor surfaces. Designed and built mechanical display unit for products on road show in Cologne, Germany.
