About Jackie Sheppard
When younger, I came across a cheater while playing video-games, this led to my fascination and development of skills in Computer Programming, as well as Cybersecurity and Information Technology. I desperately wanted to know how they were able to do such things. After all, what kid wouldn't want to bring a Tie-Fighter to a sword fight?To better understand and pursue this fascination, I enrolled into college for Computer Programming, switching to Software Engineering. I also enrolled into the University of Michigan hands-on Cybersecurity certification program. Thanks to these institutions, I've developed strong IT technical skills, along with strong Software Development skills.My current role, working at Little Caesars has given me great ability in working with customers as well as co-workers in difficult and stressful situations. With the dynamic situation that comes with fast-paced working environments, I've developed strong people skills alongside strong problem solving skills.I'm ready and excited to use my transferable skills to assist and support future employers and associates with their technological, security, or software development concerns and requests.
