Jackie has worked at her family’s manufacturing business, MAC Automation Concepts, since 2004 and is the Senior Manager of Finance, Purchasing and Human Resources.  She is active with McHenry County Economic Development Corporation, Woodstock Chamber, a member of WPBW (Woodstock Professional & Business Women), SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and partners with McHenry County College and McHenry County Workforce in workforce development. In 2021 and 2014, MAC Automation was recognized as a McHenry County Business Champion and in 2015, MAC was awarded a certificate of appreciation for support and dedication to the McHenry County Workforce Network Program.  Jackie is committed to the community and enjoys relaying her love of manufacturing and lifelong learning to future generations. She is a mentor with the Woodstock High School INCubator program where she guides students through a year-long entrepreneurship course.Jackie is a leading disaster services volunteer for the American Red Cross of Illinois; serves on the City of Woodstock Plan Commission; is a member of the Board of Directors for Leadership Greater McHenry County; volunteers on the Woodstock Groundhog Day committee, the Woodstock Fireworks committee, the United Way Resource Allocation Committee and is the Secretary of the Rotary Club of Woodstock. In 2016, Jackie was named a McHenry County Women of Distinction recipient, awarded to women who have been representative role models and leaders in their fields and communities.Jackie loves her home in Woodstock where she lives with her husband and three children and enjoys running, group fitness and volunteering with family and friends in McHenry County community events.
