The housing group has stock of over 10,000 properties across the South East, with over 50,000 residents working with 22 local authority areas. The company has scored two stars in Best Companies 2015 and is the Times top 100 not-for-profit organisations.• Lead project management, service design, innovation and partnerships across the community, charity, business and public sectors to create communities where local people can prosper.• Work across key service areas, including Financial Inclusion, Sheltered Schemes, Tenancy sustainment and Customer Services and Neighbourhood Management. • After establishing TCHG Foundation, working to ensure the smooth-running of its long-term plan and my vision for the charity – not limited to securing its funding, developing the board, recruitment and management of its staff team. • Deliver a wide range of social programmes focusing on financial inclusion, learning skills and employment, health and wellbeing, community cohesion, volunteering and neighbourhood development, resident empowerment and regeneration.• Influence service delivery through delivering innovative solutions to social issues that impact the Housing Group’s landlord function – involving working with agencies, commissioning new service and developing new solutions.• Design and deliver a range of successful partnership programmes, including: Aspire (children & young people), homelessness response/services, Apps for Life programme (volunteering), Enterprise/Employment initiatives and empowerment programmes such as Forward (for physically disabled), Mindwell and Mosaic Cookery Clubs (helping mental illness). • Lead the Group’s culture programme in establishing the group’s core values for embedding positive cultural change across the Housing Group. The group now have a buddy, mentoring, shadowing and coaching programmes.
