Provide leadership and overall management in the areas of program planning, development, implementation, and evaluation for the Office of Oral Health. Provide fiscal oversight and management of grants and contracts. Supervise, monitor and evaluate employee performance. Provide clinical oversight to ensure dental hygiene compliance with standards and regulations. Provide daily oversight of the Maricopa County Ryan White Part A Dental Insurance Program and the Maricopa County Cavity Free Az Program.

Internal RDH for First Teeth First Program. First Teeth First is funded by First Things First and provides no cost services to children 0-5 and expectant mothers. Duties include: Establishing and maintaining partnership agreements with pediatric dentists. Developing and providing professional development presentations to health care professionals in general dentistry, primary and pediatric care and obstetrics & gynecology care. Providing clinical supervision to RDH field staff.Presentations to health care professionals include education on early childhood oral health, pregnancy and woman's oral health, and the relationship of oral and systemic health.
