We provide interior design, renovation and 3d visualization for residential and commercial.

* Responsible for all stills and/or animation architectural visualization projects from small one street projects to large scale master plans with aerial views.* Creating simple maxscript tools to speed up daily works.* Creating detailed materials with appropriate maps and customising textures when necessary in Photoshop.* Applying textures and providing appropriate lighting techniques to the models.* Post production works with photoshop and after effects.* Modeling of scenes and props, buildings, texturing, landscaping and lighting setup for both still and animation projects.* Manage and work with a 3D team ensuring quality is maintained throughout the projects under the guidance of the creative director.* Effectively manage client relationships, lead teams and mentor other artists* Discovering new features and innovative methods for daily works.* Work collaboratively with the planning team to produce high quality 3D construction visualizations for tender/ bid submissions.* Work with architects and structural engineers, reviewing their technical information and create 3D models accordingly* Work well with other designers and co-workers to meet deadlines
