▪ Collaborated with Advisor to the Dean of CTI, Vice Provost at Polytechnic campus and other senior staff to develop partnerships; Strategized and executed outreach campaigns such as STEMconnector. ▪ Served as a publicist for Dean, securing speaking roles at national entrepreneurship, women in STEM, maker and human/environmental science conferences representing ASU, such as U.S. News’ STEM Solutions conference in 2013.▪ Coordinated and organized campus meetings, tours on-site and other special events to highlight CTI’s innovative engineering programs with the support of a staff of three event planners, an alumni coordinator and two student employees.▪ Directed community participation in events, campaigns and partnerships, including communications, exploration, development of strategies and matching advocacy efforts; Created content for LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter channels for the College as well as the CTI Web page.▪ Supported the CTI Events/Outreach team in planning large-scale events with an innovative focus to a diverse range of audiences such as “Night of the Open Door” at ASU Poly, Homecoming booths and CTI’s Innovation Showcase events. Planned College’s first-ever Mini Maker Faire negotiating a partnership with Maker Faire in 2012. Helped to launch the second annual Schools Participate in App Resource and Knowledge (SPARK) App League.▪ Gained local and national visibility as a supporter of the maker movement activity by utilizing TechShop partnership at new facility, ASU Chandler Innovation Center, as a marketing vehicle for inventors to learn more about CTI’s programs. Organized successful private, pre-event for 200 guests as part of the launch of the new partnership in 2013.▪ Managed CTI’s Alumni Relations program and built a volunteer alumni board; Developed communications and marketing plans to increase alumni participation in CTI activities and contributions; Maintained alumni database, which grew 21% during my tenure.
