Jackie Walters Park is the Chief Operating Officer at Red Rabbit, a premier Black-owned K-12 school food management company. In her role, she leads the company in Business Development, Operational Execution, and Strategic Planning. Jackie also successfully leads Red Rabbit’s expansion into new markets such as Philadelphia and Washington DC and spearheads company-wide initiatives to develop new, innovative revenue streams. Jackie's career spans leadership positions in nonprofits, corporate social responsibility, and the service industry. Prior to joining Red Rabbit, she managed communications and engagement at Chicago Children's Choir, a non-profit organization with roots in the Civil Rights movement. In the corporate realm, she held key roles at Unilever and Intel, promoting sustainable practices and enhancing employee engagement.Jackie's connection to the food industry is deeply personal, tracing back to her formative years in her family's bagel store. Her upbringing imparted a profound appreciation for food's ability to foster community and express culture, insights that now inform her leadership at Red Rabbit.Jackie earned her MBA from NYU and holds a BA in Music from Tulane University.
