Supply the organization with commercial focuses and commercial plan through tactical approach of each available touchpoint. Close collaboration with store merch to create customer cross shopping flow strategy and maximize product exposure.

Member of sales team to plan commercial agenda, drive selling and profit in Vietnam. Involving in expansion planning in terms of new store budget, startup cost and space optimizing for existing stores. Close collaboration with Country HR on salary benefits and compensation setting and contract structure build up. Partnership with Head of Merchandiser on buying strategy and store matrix setting to have accurate stock allocation. Be ambassador for a business mindset and profit coach to sales function heads. Support Sales Manager and Regional Controller to strive country goals.
