Sometimes it's engaging on new business campaigns and sometimes it's assisting organic growth or completely changing direction if necessary.It's really important to me to make the working life of our brokers easier and more profitable. This might sound a bit plain but I really do understand their challenges and I know quite a lot of businesses that can take the strain out of some of the challenges an insurance broker faces.Engagement with each and every director and every member of staff within the brokerages helps me support the strategic needs of the business whilst understanding the broker at the "coal face".
