I am a senior Organization Development professional with more than 32 years consulting and management experience. My focus areas have been leadership development, team effectiveness, training, organizational change, assessments, talent management, operations, and organizational learning.After a long corporate career with Fortune 100 companies, I created Evolutions Consulting Group to help individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations achieve their goals in ways that tap their passions. I'm drawn to social entrepreneurs and those who strive to improve their local and/or global communities. I enjoy using my consulting and coaching experience in corporate, public, non-profit, and community settings. I have lived and worked abroad, and have assisted global organizations, leaders and teams in Latin America, Europe, and Asia. I have studied Spanish for more than 11 years and loved studying briefly in Salamanca, Spain. I travel to Spain often to visit family and practice my Spanish. Finally, I'm researching my family's immigration to the US, and look forward to writing a historical fiction novel that captures their real-life adventures.I have co-authored Social Media At Work: How Networking Tools Propel Organizational Performance. When my colleagues and I looked for ways to leverage web 2.0 tools, we researched how social technologies were being used WITHIN organizations to improve organizational health and business performance.
