● I created and edited business documentation including the Employee Handbook, and user documentation for multiple systems resulting in materials that enabled user proficiency.

Reducing Payroll Processing by 75+ Hours and Eliminating Errors with Automated Calculations
● I analyzed payroll calculation processes for 2 types of paid employees by reviewing data and collaborating with stakeholders to understand the current process, identifying challenges to automation including redundancy and flexibility in hours and salary type.
● I developed an Excel workbook with custom formulas for streamlined calculations, consistency in processing, and easier data analysis for yearly expenses.

Flying Angels is a medical transportation company which operates remotely. They send flight nurses all over the world on missions where they accompany patients on commercial airline flights.

In my project-based graduate assistantship I was responsible for creating a professional development eLearning for faculty and staff on 21st century technology skills as a secondary course in a series - following a previous course on 21st century learning. I achieved these goals by:
● Researching original coursework, digital literacy and 21st century learning, and technology adoption in education
● Designing a course to teach learners how to describe how technology skills were relevant to the integration of 21st century learning skills including examples of how to apply these skills in and out of the classroom
● Developing multiple course assets that integrated technology examples such as QR codes and online discussion boards or illustrated course concepts such as multimedia solutions

● Creating over 1000 instructional videos with positive customer feedback on features of Google, Microsoft, and Adobe Software
● Analyzing data from customer calls for reinforcement opportunities to determine relevant content for video production
