I am an experienced project manager specialising in the delivery of skills, careers and apprenticeship initiatives.My day-to-day management approach includes a flair for creative problem-solving, conflict resolution and adapting to change. I deliver projects on-time, on-budget and to key performance indicators, with an emphasis on achieving optimal impact-driven results for beneficiaries. This includes effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, partner organisations and beneficiaries to underpin the success of every project.I am passionate about tackling diversity in all its forms to achieve equitable access to careers in film, TV production and the wider creative industries.Career highlights include my role as Senior Programme Manager for the ScreenSkills Flexi-Job Apprenticeship pilot, and a project manager for the award-winning Discover Creative Careers programme. I also led the skills agenda for Buckinghamshire Local Enterprise Partnership where I established the Buckinghamshire Skills Hub and annual Skills Show.
