Platform enablement with different AI accelerator solutions and CBL-Mariner Linux distribution - Bring up CBL-Mariner Linux OS on X64 and ARM64 platforms with different AI accelerators and peripheral drivers integration to enable Intelligent Edge solutions using Microsoft AI/ML solutions.

Worked with Taiwan ODM customers as the Technical Account Manager - to provide technical support on Microsoft products for client system (desktop, laptop) and server system (storage server, server). Provided first line technical support and work with product/feature teams and supporting team to resolve partners' technical issues and driver to resolutions.

- Designed and shipped more than 20 laptop projects using NS Embedded Controller every year with major Taiwan ODM partners (Quanta, Compal, Wistron, Inventec, FIC, Arima, Clevo…).- Enabled IBV partners (AMI, Insyde and Phoenix) to develop embedded controller firmware for NS Embedded Controller product family.- Delivered product and toolchain training to customers in Asia to enable partners to design laptop systems using NS toolchain with NS Embedded Controller product family.- Validated new generation NS Embedded Controllers, identified blocking issues and worked to resolve the issues.

Designed software stack including 8051-based micro-controller firmware, Windows device driver and Windows application for MP3 player and USB card reader products:- Designed 8051-based micro-controller firmware and Windows OS device driver and applications for MP3 player design – including file system management, USB data transfer, LCD display and audio playback control.- Designed 8051-based micro-controller firmware for USB mass storage device protocol implementation for multi-media card reader product.- Worked with chip designers to validate the micro-controller design using FPGA – identified blocking issues and work with chip designer to implement solutions to resolve the issues.

Designed and enabled Acer BIOS with new features and new platforms- Implemented 1st version of Acer BIOS SMBIOS feature.- Enabled 1st Acer BIOS on Intel 440BX chipset for desktop and laptop systems- Designed 8051-based Remote Diagnostic Module to enable 1st version of remote server management function on Acer server products.- Designed 8051-based embedded controller firmware on laptop systems – implemented battery charging/discharging, thermal management, LCD panel brightness control, hotkey controls for standby/hibernation functions- Designed SMI module for laptop systems – handling SMI events, controlling system sleeping states transition and dynamically adjusting components accessing timeout values to improve battery life of laptop systems.
