Led a cross functional team of business and technology subject matter experts and project managers in the strategic development, change management and implementation of an industry leading client reporting package for a large Canadian brokerage.

Planned and led all activities associated with the merger of a Caribbean investment bank with a Canadian FI.

Developed the plan and led a team of business and technology team leaders through the successful implementation of a new Private Banking product line within several Caribbean countries on behalf of a Canadian FI.

Led a cross functional retail business and technology team in the development of a business case and strategy to implement a 3 year plan to dismantle and replace disparate retail client information systems with bank wide CRM functionality.

Led the automation of a new sales performance reporting process for a Canadian FI. Major accomplishments included replacement of the existing branch self-reporting system providing more accurate extraction and analysis of sales and service metrics.

Designed and implemented a new sales and service model for a Canadian brokerage. Using CASE technology, the redesign focused on reducing administration within the branch while freeing capacity for business development and relationship management activities.
