I’m a 2nd generation professional who was reared in a property environment, accompanying my father on weekend viewings as a child and handling showhouses through my college years. The traditional value that the client must and will always be our priority was schooled into me at a young age. Despite a different path through my 20s, all roads eventually led back to Cohalan Downing and when I joined them at 30, I had amassed plenty of my own life experiences, gained in confidence and knew I was there on merit not nepotism. I am concerned with more than just your asset; I want to understand what your property journey is so that I can best advise you on it. I am a proactive person, as my experience has shown that being involved in the numerous little details that must be attended to pre-sale, during sale, and especially once terms have been agreed is key to a successful outcome.
