Jackie is the Head of Business Development at CHAIN Technology Development, a R&D based startup that provides comprehensive suite of smart city solutions. She has established the Business Development team and oversees all business aspects at CHAIN including sales, partnership, relationship management, as well as corporate and product marketing.Jackie’s business network in the local construction industry and her understanding of the policies and practices of the relevant government departments are crucial to the development of CHAIN and HRP. She has clearly identified the actual needs of the traditional construction market and thus helped in narrowing the gap between the team and the market. She has established distribution channels with the leading companies of the industry which realized speedy market penetration and vertical integration of HRP. Jackie has led the team to gain recognitions both internationally and locally. Iconic awards include ICT Awards 2018 & 2019, Hong Kong Awards for Industries 2018, The Year in Infrastructure 2018 Awards (UK) and Hong Kong’s Most Outstanding Business Awards 2019. Graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Jackie has recognized her passion and potential in business development in her early career stage. She has developed her skills through working in frontline client relationship management, direct sales, digital and traditional marketing areas. Prior to joining CHAIN, Jackie was the Business Development Manager of a BIM consultant where she led the core business transformation internally from traditional construction and surveying aspect to BIM development. She has also promoted such technology to the local market. Jackie is currently the committee member of the Hong Kong Institute of Civil And Building Information Management.
