CurrentWrite or assist in the development of job postings and job descriptions.Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives, and meeting with managers to discuss needs.Maintain and build applicant sources by researching and interacting with community services, universities, employment agencies, recruiters, internet sites and conducting job fairs.Monitor and share relevant career fair opportunities with hiring managers, handle bookings, prep those attending with materials and information, and debrief with attendees.Assist with the development of department reports (track HR, company or external data and produce reports).Conduct daily maintenance of Applicant Tracking system: approving jobs, reviewing new applicants for qualifications, and answering ATS related emails.Market jobs postings on external sites (Craigslist, LinkedIn, etc.).Conduct phone screens and reference checks, and participate in interviews as required.
