I have has multiple therapeutic models from which she may draw upon depending on the goals and needs of the client. Prior to joining GROW, I specialized in working with couples and families struggling with addiction. I have helped many dealing with issues of addictive behaviors, codependence, and boundaries. I also focuses on helping couples, families, and individuals navigate life transitions. I understand that while life transitions are often come with anticipation and high expectations, moving from one stage to another in life is sometimes more difficult than anticipated.
