Partner with regional and corporate leadership on strategic and tactical HR initiatives. Engage with managers and leaders within regions to understand the business strategies and translate them into actionable HR strategies. Supervised, managed and marketed health and safety programs to the 4 county area. Recruited, trained and certified instructors and students in various Red Cross programs. Initiated collaborations with community agencies to provide new programs and sources of Chapter revenue. Analyzed and restructured Certified Nursing Assistant Training Program, resulting in a 200% increase in student enrollment and revenue.

•Led YMCA Aquatic Cabinet; monitored changes in and reviewed compliance with industry standards and guidelines; led team development in alignment with Association strategic plan; trained staff locally and nationally in management modules, trainer, and train-the-trainer and instructor courses.•Led cabinet in establishment of safety audit teams; performed safety audits and risk analysis of aquatic facilities.

Directed the Cleveland YMCA Aquatic Department; developed new aquatic program following two-year facility closure; recruited and interviewed, hired, trained, and supervised multi-generational employees and volunteer staff with little turnover; training resulted in a 98th percentile emergency response ranking in an audit by PACI; training also resulted in quality programs and outstanding staff whose engagement resulted in steady revenue growth, exceeding budgeted revenues by 10%.
