Guided by the agile methodology, I orchestrate these teams in the advancement of Monster's frontend and backend systems, with a specific focus on elevating the Candidate Home Page and Search Results Page. My scope of duties encompasses both the strategic roadmap development and the tactical execution of plans in collaboration with our scrum teams. I curate user stories and their corresponding acceptance criteria through thorough business analysis. Operating in close partnership with the DevTeam, I establish overarching product priorities, astutely manage the backlog, and meticulously blueprint sprints.
