Develop and implement annual marketing and communications plan to promote awareness of and engagement with Literacy Delaware.Manage online social media presence, including developing and deploying consistent Facebook posts, to enhance organizational awareness and engagement, recruit volunteer tutors, acknowledge supporters, and attract learners. Develop and edit marketing and communications materials including community outreach initiatives, fundraising efforts, annual report, and more as needed.Create monthly internal tutor newsletters and quarterly external newsletters using Constant Contact to inform and engage key constituents, promote the organization, and solicit donations.Help ensure organizational funding by editing grant applications and follow up reports to communicate programming initiatives and comply with stated parameters.Assist with logistical planning of, development of marketing materials for, and execution of fundraising and other organizational events.Interview Literacy Delaware tutors and learners to develop relevant stories which exemplify the impact of the organization’s work and deploy said stories as appropriate.
