As a Job Developer, I had the privilege to serve a diverse group of clients. In a short period, I was able to facilitate job readiness workshops in partnership with Workforce Solutions. In that time frame, I had a caseload of 15 and out of the 15, was able to assist three with employment. I developed a program design that included pre-job training (i.e. identifying skills and interests, resume writing, job search techniques. Additionally, I worked one on one with clients. I also organized a Career Fair with 14 employer participation.
