My specialization in human resources management coupled with my paralegal certification uniquely position me to serve as the first point of contact for clients, potential clients, and strategic partners at Fisher & Phillips. I serve as the client liaison for existing clients; helping facilitate communication between them and the resources that are available at Fisher & Phillips. If they have a legal issue or question, our clients know me as the “go-to-person” who will connect them with the right attorney and/or staff member at Fisher & Phillips. I also facilitate communications for potential clients by helping them navigate through and make contact with the most appropriate attorney(s) at the firm. One of my other key roles at Fisher & Phillips is to manage the process of updating content for the firm’s California Handbook to ensure that it reflects the most recent legislative activity and case law decisions. Since the Handbook is a key component of our clients’ preventive employment practices, I have the opportunity to interact with many of the firm’s clients. I am also responsible for planning and coordinating seminars, training programs, and events for the California offices, as well as managing a number of the firm’s national conferences and trade shows. Internally, I work with our attorneys and support staff to ensure that clients receive documents and communications in a timely manner. Additionally, I coach attorneys at Fisher & Phillips’ California offices on business development skills including identifying professional and industry organizations that are most advantageous for developing their professional network.
